Green Builder- David Powell

This house was originally built in 1820 on the foundation in the foreground. It was rebuilt in 1988 using all the salvageable materials as possible. The floor boards, center chimney bricks, fireplace mantel, doors, hardware, staircase and railings. Reuse is an integral part of building green.
